Shipping & Delivery
Please double-check and confirm your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. The shipping address cannot be modified or changed once your package has been dispatched. If you notice any errors or mistakes in your delivery address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped out to avoid delivery failure or loss. All shipping fees are covered by the buyer.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Every order is personally curated and customized exclusively for each customer. Therefore, all orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable after placement, unless under special and legitimate circumstances. If you encounter special situations and need to cancel or refund your order, please send us an email immediatetly with detailed explanations. We will review your application and may approve cancellation or refund requests at our discretion only before the package is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped out, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
Order & Packing Instructions
By default, all individual orders will be packed and shipped in one single box. If you purchase multiple lucky scoops and require separate packaging with multiple boxes, please leave a clear note in the note box when placing your order, and we will arrange the packaging accordingly for you.
